HOWDY, HOWDY!
MY NAME IS
MEREDITH ROSE
I’m originally from the Chicago suburbs, far from anything resembling real agriculture, aside from my mom celebrating the occasional backyard green bean harvest. My true connection to agriculture began in college with a course that opened my eyes to the world of local food.
After moving to the Yampa Valley in 2014 and volunteering with a local agricultural nonprofit, that interest grew into a genuine passion. Since then, agriculture has become the driving force of my career.
Through a blend of professional roles and volunteer commitments, I’m fortunate to dedicate my work, and much of my life, to strengthening local food systems.
