Whole Chicken
These chickens were born and raised in Steamboat II and tended to with love and care. These large birds (avg wt 5lbs) are a tasty treat and would be perfect for a family meal or dinner with friends.
These are not like your Tyson or Perdue chickens. First off, they taste much better! Secondly, they were small-batch butchered by myself and a couple of volunteers. That being said, you might see a rogue feather or two, feel free to pluck it off before you cook your chicken, and note that small feathers will burn off, no problem.
Before I offer product to you folks I like to try them myself, and I must say, the chicken was a true delight! So don't let a few homegrown quirks turn you away if a chicken piques your interest.
